Judge Philip Seay serves as Circuit Judge of St. Clair County from September 3 2011 to present.
As Circuit Judge, presides over criminal and civil jury trials, domestic relations cases, civil non-jury trials, adult drug court, adult dependency cases as well as protection from abuse filings.
Judge Seay is married with two children.
